Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to physical and digital products purchased from Gloworganwash through direct inquiry or confirmed order. We aim to handle returns fairly and transparently.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive physical goods, or on the day of contract conclusion for digital content if delivery has not yet started with your consent.
Physical Products
Printed guides, workbooks, and reference card packs may be returned within fourteen days of receipt if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@gloworganwash.world with your order reference.
- Ship the item to Seydlitzstraße 6, 10557 Berlin, Germany at your expense unless the return is due to our error.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method within fourteen business days.
Digital Products
Digital guides delivered via download link are generally non-returnable once the download link has been accessed, in accordance with applicable consumer law exceptions for digital content. If you have not yet downloaded the file, contact us within fourteen days to request cancellation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within seven days of delivery with a description and, if possible, photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including reasonable return shipping costs.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs paid at checkout are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order.
